Our client Is a Global Privately Owned, fully integrated manufacturer of injection molded medical devices and systems. They have been growing continually for the past 10 years! No future intention of a company sale. This year they added a 70,000 square foot facility with two clean rooms! They have invested almost 25m in capital expenditures! Financially secure with a parent company whose revenue is over 300m-this is not an investment group! They employ approximately 300 people at this location and 7,000 worldwide.

Summary & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performance of all functional areas including, but not limited to, customer support, process engineering, program management, operations, quality, finance, and human resources.
  • Support global strategic initiatives including the successful implementation of new processes/technologies and collaboration with other locations to support global project launches and product development.
  • Create and foster a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, quality, delivery, safety, customer satisfaction and effective management of resources.
  • Responsible for the development and submission of the detailed annual (North America) three-year budget and strategic finance/sales plan.
  • Drive key operating objectives including profitability, service levels, quality, working capital management, and safety to guide the company in maintaining and improving the competitive position and profitability of the company’s operations.
