They were established 30+ years ago and specialize in critical, highly engineered, aesthetic parts for diverse (cross-over) markets. They offer 80+ engineering grade resins in-house with a niche in molding for plating applications.

Summary & Responsibilities

  • The strategic Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers
  • Responsible for real time communication of the business situation within assigned accounts, achieving sales expectations and assigned strategic account objectives
  • Lead and direct the customer account planning cycle, gain internal leadership alignment and ensure assigned customer’s needs are met
  • Develop projections, commit to and achieve assigned sales expectations
  • Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual objectives, operational targets, critical milestones for a one to two period


  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • 3+ years OF experience with injection molded plastic parts
  • Highly polished relationship builder with a sense of urgency and results-oriented
